I recently had APT Roofing replace my roof. APT were prompt in responding to my initial enquiry and James came round and provided a quote very quickly. James was very helpful in discussing different options and pros and cons. APT was helpful in fixing a date that  worked with another service taking the solar panels off and replacing them, with minimal solar downtime. The team who did the roof work did a very good job in difficult conditions, and I appreciated their skill and safety consciousness. We used APT Roofing to replace the tiled portion of our terraced house roof with Colourbond.  The project was complicated by council requirements, the weather and other timing factors but the responsiveness and assistance of the APT team meant it didn’t become an even more stressful process. When you find a professional contractor that is as good as APT Roofing, you keep their contact forever.

Here's why they are the best I've ever experienced:

1. Their first response was immediate. After having tried other 4 contractors closer to my area and dealing with no responses, automated menus, voicemails, and no callbacks, APT roofing picked up the phone in less than 2 rings, and I immediately reached a (human!) assistant. Nowadays with AI and automation, this is an absolute delight.

2. On the next 2 instances I had to call them again, I had the same experience: immediate answer.

3. Their entire information is available on their website: Contractors License, Liability Policy, Workers Comp, ABN, etc. Incredibly simple to obtain.

4. Their next available shift was days away, nor weeks away/next month (and this was after the 100Km/h winds in Sydney, busy roofing work times)

5. To expedite the work, they've sent a secure file share location for me to upload pictures and detail the work required.
This information was passed on to the trade worker, who came on the visit day completely prepared to not just evaluate what needed to be done, but actually complete the work on the same single visit!!

6. The work performed was impeccable, done efficiently, and the bill was far from shocking, quite the opposite: for this quality in service, I consider them to be quite cost effective.

7. (And by far the most important) The 3 people I dealt with: Kathleen, Deborah, and John were an absolute delight. Professional, caring, expeditive, just an absolutely amazing crew.
